A Family History of Representation
A "legacy" is something that is handed down from one period of time to another period of time. Some people or families pass objects, ideas or principles down from generation to generation. I have had the distinct honor of being born into a family name known for not only its strongly held principles, but one of strong advocacy in favor of the ability to make change.
The family to which I was born into along with my principles, goals and standards have been shaped by the legacies passed along from prior generations of Shankers’ to another. This legacy places a huge responsibility upon me, but it is one that I have gratefully accepted. I am keenly aware that people and companies are often given poor legal advice. I am also mindful that people and companies are often unable to effectively represent themselves and are virtually powerless to obtain quality legal representation when they need it the most. I make sure that The Shanker Law Firm, P.C. meets the utmost professional standards so that we not only maximize the results for our clients, but so we can effectuate change for the benefit of the industries that our clients work in.
I choose not to display all of my accomplishments, success stories, awards, engagements, list of clients, etc. I chose to do this because I prefer to be judged based upon the excellent service I provide, the results I produce and my victories in Court. Past excellence is often a good indicator of present abilities and future performance. Yet, I do not want to be judged by what I have done in the past. I want to be evaluated based upon what I do for your company and the industries you work in. People come to me based upon my reputation and referrals from past and existing clients. I always believed that the best way for a company to be introduced to my firm is from someone who knows my work firsthand, knows my work ethic and knows the results I produce. When you are consistent with excellent service and impeccable results, you should not need to pay yourself on the back. I derive my pleasure from making and keeping my clients happy, satisfied and knowing that they are aware and thrilled to have chosen the right person for the job.
